I have been a licensed social worker since 2010 and an LICSW since 2014. I became a licensed social work supervisor in 2022. In 2025, I became a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C). I have worked in a variety of settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics as well as in the community, where I have provided direct therapy.

I have experience in working with clients ages 19 and older, including older adults. Therapy is a process and a journey, and I want to walk that road with you. I approach providing therapy with empathy, validation, but never judgement. I want you to leave therapy feeling better than when you walked in.

I specialize in working with women, especially perinatal clients, as well as older adults (65+). I have experience in treating clients who experience stress in conceiving/pregnancy/motherhood, adjustment to chronic disease, grief/loss, caregiver burnout, depression, anxiety and divorce.
